Qualificações

Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Manager, FP&A in Ontario, CA. Tropicale Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and proactive Manager, FP&A to join its corporate finance team in Ontario, CA. In this role, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while partnering directly with the Head of FP&A to develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan and other strategic financial initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, skilled at synthesizing complex financial data into clear executive-ready insights, and capable of building strong cross‑functional partnerships across all levels of the organization.

Job Type: Permanent

Annual Salary: $140,000 to $165,000 Annually BOE

Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with overall business strategy.
• Partner with the Head of FP&A to develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan, including establishing planning calendars and timelines, managing cross‑functional engagement, developing templates and tools, consolidating P&L results, and delivering a cohesive, executive‑ready AOP deck.
• Own the preparation of the monthly financial reporting package, including executive leadership and Board of Directors materials, as well as providing consolidation support for Lender deck preparation as necessary.
• Develop and articulate compelling financial storylines across the full P&L regarding variances, translating insights into actionable recommendations aligned to long‑term business goals.
• Serve as a financial business partner providing comprehensive analysis support for customer analysis, pricing decisions, discount strategies, product development and innovation P&L analyses, and OPEX management.
• Analyze P&L performance with clarity, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities and communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and execute process improvements, enhance forecasting accuracy, and drive efficiency with limited guidance.
• Support long‑term Strategic Plan modeling in collaboration with senior finance leadership.
• Mentor and coach direct reports as applicable, fostering a high‑performance team culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong command of financial reporting tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare and present executive‑ready materials, including Board of Directors and leadership decks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Proven ability to build cross‑functional partnerships and influence decision‑making across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects independently and driving improvements to financial processes.
• Experience within consumer foods, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
• Prior people management or direct report mentorship experience preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise planning software and business intelligence tools preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
• Frequently required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, and telephone.
• Specific vision abilities required due to prolonged computer work.
• Light lifting may be required on occasion.
• Must be available Monday through Friday as well as weekends as business needs require.

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $140,000 to $165,000 annually, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
