Job summary

Insight Global in Pasadena, CA seeks a seasoned Finance Leader to own budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. You will shape quarterly projections, build executive dashboards, and present insights to senior management and the board.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance and Accounting, Statistics, or related field required.
5+ years’ experience interacting with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President Level and above) required.
8+ years’ experience managing capital and operational budgets required.
8+ years management & leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages for senior management, investors, and board-level presentations.
Drive financial performance analysis, including monitoring of KPIs, variance analysis, and ROI evaluations on major capital projects.
Manage cash flow forecasting and capital planning to maintain liquidity and support investment priorities.
Oversee financial oversight of large-scale projects with cash flow forecasting and governance.
Provide financial leadership for M&A activity, including modeling, due diligence, and integration planning.
Develop and maintain financial models and planning tools to support growth and decision-making.
Provide ad hoc analysis, BI insights, and financial recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support audits, improve processes, and operational efficiency.
