Job summary

Agility Robotics is expanding its finance team and seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to partner with senior management on long-range planning and annual budgeting. The role reports to the Sr. Director of Finance & Accounting and will drive analyses that influence strategic decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management plus 5+ years of related financial or business analysis experience.
• Excellent analysis skills and experience with executive presentations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to recognize trends in financial data.
• Ability to translate complex financial information for a broad audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department leads and provide guidance as needed.
• Produce monthly variance analyses and communicate recommendations to leaders.
• Lead headcount modeling and financial impact assessments for headcount changes.
• Generate cash forecasts and support quarterly re-forecasts with variance analysis.
• Drive Digital Finance initiatives and identify opportunities for automation.
