Job summary

Humanoid, based in Boston, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. You will be a trusted finance partner, supporting budgeting, cash flow, and scenario modeling across multi-entity, multi-currency operations.

This hands-on role requires FP&A expertise, IFRS/GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel/modeling skills. You'll work closely with leaders to turn data into actionable insights and help drive growth at a fast-moving robotics startup.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a comparable finance role.
Working familiarity with IFRS/GAAP and how they affect financial reporting and analysis.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Ability to implement or quickly learn FP&A tools and AI-enabled workflows.
Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills; experience with an ERP / accounting system (e.g. SAP).

Responsibilities

Partner with teams to build, maintain, and update the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
Review and support the approval of purchases, expenses, and commitments.
Act as the go-to finance resource for leaders, providing analysis and recommendations.
Monitor and forecast cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across entities.
Build and maintain financial models and what-if scenarios for planning and decisions.
Prepare and present financial results, variance analysis, and KPIs for leadership and the Board.
Apply accounting rules to ensure analysis and reporting are aligned with the books.
Stay current on regulatory requirements across Humanoid's jurisdictions.
Research R&D tax credits, grants, and incentives relevant to robotics and manufacturing.
