Qualifications

• Proven FP&A leadership experience in hardware or manufacturing.
• Ability to build driver-based three-statement models.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, program management, operations, and supply chain.
• Experience presenting to the board and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the long-range plan, annual budget, and rolling forecasts across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; maintain budget-vs-actual discipline.
• Build and maintain driver-based, three-statement models linked to operational drivers; run scenario analyses.
• Own cash-flow, liquidity, and runway forecasting to inform capital-allocation decisions.
• Partner with engineering, program management, operations, and supply chain to translate plans into financials; lead headcount planning.
• Lead board decks and preparation for quarterly earnings, IR, and leadership meetings; drive high-priority special projects end to end.
• Drive AI-powered finance transformation and automate workflows to replace manual spreadsheets.
