CS Power Systems, part of CS Power Tech Inc., is seeking a Sr. Corporate FP&A Manager in Walnut Creek, CA. The role leads financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance across the organization, partnering with executives and cross‑functional teams to provide insights for solar and BESS projects.

The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling, leadership, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management.
• Advanced expertise in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasts, long-range plan, and monthly outlooks with alignment to objectives.
• Develop complex financial models and scenario analyses for planning and capital allocation.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Sales Ops, Planning, Logistics, Sales, and Corporate functions to analyze performance.
• Provide financial guidance on projects, pricing, and operations while balancing objectives.
