Job summary

Mishimoto is seeking an FP&A Manager to enhance profitability analysis and budgeting processes. This role requires strong financial modeling skills and experience in manufacturing or e-commerce.

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights, ensuring collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain.

A bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields is required; MBA or CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of FP&A experience with increasing responsibility.
• Fluency in financial statements and building integrated financial models.
• Experience with pricing analysis and operational drivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Own customer and product P&L development and analysis.
• Build pricing models and partner with teams for pricing decisions.
