Job summary

HD Supply in Atlanta seeks an experienced FP&A leader responsible for managing all FP&A functions and the team. You will oversee financial reporting and integrate the strategic planning with operations budgeting, providing decision support to Finance and executive management.

The role guides analysis of financial performance, depreciation, working capital, investments; leads a team of finance professionals, drives process improvements in reporting, planning and forecasting, and coordinates

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline; 7+ years in finance or FP&A.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees analysis and decision support reporting for the business.
• Prepares financial analyses in areas such as performance, depreciation, working capital and investments.
• Drives continuous improvement in reporting, planning and forecasting processes.
• Oversees preparation of complex financial reports, graphs and charts.
• Leads and develops a team of finance professionals in FP&A.
• Plans orientation for new associates and trains department staff.
