Job summary

TDW is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with the Pipeline Optimization organization, including HTI, Repair, and Pigging. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while guiding a team of FP&A professionals and collaborating with senior leaders to drive strategic decisions.

You will build financial models, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and growth across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field is required.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing employees.
• Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders to influence decisions and drive results.
• Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, energy, or service businesses preferred.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner for the Pipeline Optimization organization, including HTI, Repair, and Pigging businesses.
• Lead annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain financial models evaluating key drivers, risks, opportunities, and scenarios.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, commercial teams, supply chain, engineering, and leaders to reflect business conditions.
• Lead, coach, and develop FP&A professionals; establish objectives and development plans.
