Job summary

TDW is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A for its Pipeline Optimization organization. You will partner with senior leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across HTI, Repair, and Pigging lines.

You will lead budgeting cycles, develop financial models, and guide investments and process improvements while growing and coaching a high-performing FP&A team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field is required.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or other advanced financial certification preferred.
• 8+ years of FP&A, finance, or related analytical roles.
• 7+ years of financial analysis experience in a complex corporate environment.
• 5+ years of leadership, coaching, and employee development.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to influence decisions.
• Experience supporting operational, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or services businesses.
• Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for Pipeline Optimization including HTI, Repair and Pigging.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly reviews.
• Develop financial models for drivers, risks, opportunities, and scenarios.
• Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, commercial, supply chain, and engineering leaders.
• Develop the FP&A team, set objectives, and nurture a high-performance culture.
• Prepare analyses and presentations for senior leadership and exec reviews.
• Support business case development and ROI analyses for initiatives and capital projects.
