Job summary

TDW seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to partner with Pipeline Optimization and lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.

You will develop models, drive long-range plans, and provide strategic insights to support growth and operational excellence.

The role requires 8+ years in FP&A or related fields, 5+ years of leadership, and collaboration with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or related experience.
• 5+ years of leadership and people development.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans for assigned units.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, commercial, supply chain, and engineering teams.
• Present financial insights to senior leadership and support strategic initiatives.
