Job summary

TDW is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to act as the primary finance partner for the Pipeline Optimization organization, guiding budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. You will lead a team of FP&A professionals, deliver financial insights, and collaborate across HTI, Repair, and Pigging lines to drive value.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, extensive experience in finance, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or similar advanced certification preferred.
• 8+ years in FP&A, finance, or corporate strategy.
• 7+ years of financial analytics in a complex environment.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence decisions.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or service sectors preferred.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Pipeline Optimization leadership on strategic financial planning.
• Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Develop financial models to evaluate investments and ROI.
• Provide decision support and guidance on pricing, volume, margins, and capital allocation.
• Develop and coach FP&A team; drive performance management.
• Present analyses to senior leadership and drive actionable recommendations.
