Job summary

TDW is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to partner with the Pipeline Optimization organization, supporting HTI, Repair, and Pigging lines. The role drives planning, performance analytics, and financial leadership to enable growth and operational excellence.

The position leads budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives while developing a team of FP&A professionals and partnering with senior leaders to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance/economics.
• 8+ years of FP&A or related experience.
• 7+ years of financial analysis in a complex corporate environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for Pipeline Optimization (HTI, Repair, Pigging).
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly reviews.
• Develop financial models evaluating drivers, risks, and scenarios.
• Coach and develop FP&A team; foster high-performance culture.
• Present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
