Job summary

Securitas Healthcare is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with executives, sales, and operations to drive profitability and strategic initiatives across the organization.

The role owns monthly management reporting and dashboards, guiding pricing and profitability decisions in a multi-location environment. Requires 8–12 years in finance with FP&A experience and a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8-12 years of finance experience with 5+ years in FP&A, accounting or commercial finance.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple locations in large organizations.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with internal business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses.
• Analyze performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Own monthly management reporting, dashboards, and board reporting.
• Partner with leaders to establish performance metrics and accountability.
• Analyze customer, product, and channel profitability.
