Job summary

Saisystems Health is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and executive reporting. You will partner with executives to support pricing initiatives and KPI analysis in a high-growth healthcare tech environment.

Based onsite at our Shelton, CT headquarters, this role reports to the SVP of Finance and offers significant exposure to senior leadership and board-level presentations. Strong FP&A background and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

5–10 years of progressive FP&A experience.
Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
Financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
Variance analysis and KPI reporting experience.
Experience preparing board-level presentations.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Perform variance analysis and identify key business trends.
Support departmental planning and financial decision-making.
Prepare monthly executive reporting packages.
Develop board presentations and KPI dashboards.
Deliver meaningful financial insights to senior leadership.
Perform pricing and profitability analysis.
Suggest process improvements and drive FP&A enhancements with AI/automation.
