AdvoCare is seeking a high-performing Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to partner with the CFO and executive leadership. You will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics, and work with accounting to ensure accurate financial results.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel skills, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT, and driving FP&A process improvements through automation and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership in fast-paced environment.
• Experience in DTC/eCommerce/retail.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flows.
• Advanced Excel skills: modeling, formulas, dynamic arrays, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot; VBA a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead FP&A planning and forecasting processes.
• Partner with accounting on annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Develop integrated financial models and dashboards.
• Present results and recommendations to executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT; drive process improvements.
• Automate reporting and improve financial data quality.
