Advocates is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting for Advocates, Inc. and Affiliates.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred, with a strong financial background.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience with management experience inclusive of finance leadership role(s).
• Proven track record delivering exceptional results through a high-performing team and driving results beyond the finance function.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with all levels of management.
• In-depth working knowledge of business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal design.
• Working knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with general ledger and planning platforms preferred, specifically Adaptive Planning.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the annual budget planning process and partner with leadership to achieve margin expectations.
• Prepare and publish monthly reporting package with variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting cadence with insights into performance drivers.
• Coordinate monthly reforecast/projection meetings and update projections as needed.
• Review monthly financial reports and update forecasts for all divisions.
• Lead strategic initiatives across functions and locations to improve forecast accuracy and profitability.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and financial support to stakeholders.
