Job summary

KLS Martin Group in Jacksonville, FL, seeks an FP&A Manager, Corporate Planning, to lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning. You will partner with executive leadership to translate strategic objectives into financial plans and deliver actionable insights for earnings, cash flow and capital allocation decisions.

You'll own financial analyses, scenario modeling and executive reporting, overseeing the budgeting process across income statement, balance sheet and cash flow,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7–12 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytics experience.
• Proven leadership in managing teams.
• Advanced financial modeling with driver-based forecasting.
• Experience integrating financial models with ERP data.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• SQL proficiency or experience with structured data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop scenario analyses and financial recommendations.
• Translate operational drivers into forecasts and allocations.
• Provide executive reporting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance and Admin teams for alignment.
• Develop financial models and business cases.
• Support treasury planning and cash flow forecasts.
