Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related quantitative discipline.
• Three to five years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling, data analysis and automation.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Leads budgeting, rolling forecast and planning for assigned departments and units.
• Develops forecasts for functional areas and supports consolidated financial statements.
• Develops business cases and financial evaluations for initiatives.
• Evaluates planning assumptions and forecast accuracy to improve planning quality.
• Prepares executive-ready analyses and presentations for Finance leadership.
