Job summary

Corestream is seeking a hands-on Finance, Planning & Reporting Manager in a hybrid Tampa role. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling and reporting, partnering with leaders across the business to drive performance insights.

Strong FP&A experience and GAAP knowledge are required, with a focus on AI-enabled planning tools and data integrity. The role blends strategic planning with operational reporting, offering growth in a fast-paced HRTech/benefits tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance, FP&A, or financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred.
• Proven experience leading budgets, forecasts, variance analysis and reporting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and GAAP knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/BI tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling and management reporting.
• Lead annual budget process and cross-functional inputs.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts and variance analyses.
• Develop models for revenue, expense, cash flow, profitability and scenarios.
• Report results and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Improve planning templates, dashboards and data integrity.
• Partner with accounting to ensure GAAP alignment.
• Use AI-enabled tools to streamline budgeting and reporting.
