Frontier Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead a high‑performing team, partner with operations, and drive robust financial forecasting and decision making.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and champion efficiency and profitability across the network. Strong analytics, leadership, and airline industry experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in finance, consulting, operations, or related fields.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience with data analytics and data visualization tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau) is beneficial.
• Prior airline industry experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning for operations groups including monthly close, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgeting.
• Identify revenue and cost opportunities to improve profitability and champion delivery.
• Coordinate analysis for major decisions such as capital projects and labor negotiations; provide actionable insights.
• Lead and develop a team of Managers, Analysts, and Sr. Analysts; foster a collaborative culture.
