Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA/CPA a plus.
• 3-5 years FP&A or analytical finance experience.
• Public company or SOX-aligned environment preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience with BI tools and automation technologies.
• Interest in AI-driven forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in fast-paced, PE-style environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting & planning across departments and units.
• Own 3+9, 6+6, and 9+3 forecasting cycles with variance analysis.
• Build models for revenue, margins, OPEX, cash flow, long-range planning.
• Publish monthly/quarterly KPI packages with insights.
• Consolidate metrics for end-to-end performance visibility.
• Support external reporting including audits and lender summaries.
• Drive AI-enabled forecasting, automation, and dashboards.
• Ensure data integrity between ERP/MRP and FP&A tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve margin visibility & cash forecast.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with GAAP/ISO standards.
