Blue Nile is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to shape the financial narrative of the business. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based modeling to inform executive decisions and operational execution.

You will partner with merchandising and finance teams to deliver actionable insights, develop dashboards, and support data transformation initiatives. A senior level, data-driven finance leader is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, Merchandising, or technical field; MBA/MS a plus.
5-8 years of advisory/consulting, investment banking, FP&A, strategy, merchandising, or related fields.
Proficiency in analysis, systems, and data tools for financial insights.
Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

Serve as a financial advisor to department heads, partnering with merchandising stakeholders to understand budget performance.
Analyze product and financial performance against plans and forecasts; identify gaps and insights.
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across departments; manage monthly rolling forecast for P&L inputs.
Develop driver-based financial models to support scenario planning and long-range forecasting.
