• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial planning and analysis process for assigned departments, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop advanced financial models and dashboards to monitor performance and identify risks.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to guide decisions.
• Prepare recurring reports and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.
