Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain department budgets, including headcount, OpEx, and CapEx tracking across all functional areas.
• Build and manage monthly/quarterly budget vs. actuals reporting, with clear variance analysis and commentary.
• Monitor cloud service subscriptions to ensure accurate billing, cost allocation, and budget alignment.
• Identify budget risks and opportunities; proactively surface issues and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with the department head, Chief of Staff, and team leaders to develop annual operating plans and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare financial summaries and presentations for senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business insights.
• Support month-end close activities in coordination with the finance team.
• Develop and continuously improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting templates.
• Identify areas of improvement and drive changes in working procedures and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Respond to ad hoc financial analysis requests from business partners with speed and accuracy
