SanDisk is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst - FP&A in Milpitas, CA to serve as a strategic partner shaping financial health and long-term direction for Consumer Solutions. You will consolidate key financial plans and translate complex data into actionable insights, influencing decisions across the organization.

This role blends data, strategy, and storytelling with cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar roles.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.

Responsibilities

Own consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual planning packages for Consumer Solutions.
Analyze consolidated financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for financial analysis and storytelling.
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports to support decision-making.
Document and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
