Job summary

FieldCore is seeking an FP&A Manager for NAM field services to lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial analytics. This role connects cost visibility and performance to regional leadership and partners with operations, controllership, and HQ to deliver a forward-looking view.

You will drive KPI analysis, cost control, and scalable reporting using IT tools and Power BI, while ensuring alignment with global standards and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from an accredited university or college (or equivalent knowledge/experience).
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive finance, accounting, audit, or FP&A experience.
• Demonstrated experience running strategic planning and the forecasting/budgeting cycle across a regional or matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical skills: able to link financial results to operational drivers, generate alternatives, and drive positive change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high integrity in decisions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the forecasting and strategic planning process for NAM, driving timely, accurate financial information to regional leadership.
• Run the annual budgeting and planning process for NAM, maintaining business models for strategic plans and forecasts.
• Provide recommendations grounded in financial analysis, cost identification, and revenue/expense analysis.
• Drive use of operational metrics across NAM, including bench/training cost analysis and non-productive labor.
• Partner with controllership to ensure accuracy of financials and alignment between actuals and forecast.
• Collaborate with the OFS Outage Finance Performance Leader to provide real-time outage cost visibility.
