Job summary

FieldCore, a GE Vernova company, seeks an NAM FP&A Manager to lead the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning for the North America field services P&L. You will align regional targets with global standards and partner with controllership, operations, and HQ to connect cost visibility with performance.

This role requires deep financial acumen, cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that protect margin and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive finance, accounting, audit, or FP&A experience.
• Experience running strategic planning and forecasting/budgeting cycles across a regional or matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical skills: link financial results to operational drivers and drive improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; convey complex issues clearly.
• High integrity in decisions, communications, actions, and dealings with others.
• Cross-functional influencing skills; collaboration across functions.
• Graduate of a finance management leadership program preferred (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS).

Responsibilities

• Manage the forecasting and strategic planning process for NAM, delivering timely financial information to regional leadership.
• Run the annual budgeting and planning process for NAM and maintain regional models.
• Provide recommendations grounded in financial analysis and projections.
• Drive key operational metrics across NAM, including bench/training cost and non-productive labor.
• Partner with controllership to ensure accuracy and linkage of actuals to forecast.
• Provide real-time outage cost visibility and communicate pacing changes.
• Manage cash flow, capex, procurement, fixed-cost management, and eliminations for NAM.
• Leverage IT systems to automate reporting and embed a scalable model across the region.
