Capstone Copper Corp. is hiring a Project Manager II for Pinto Valley Mine in Arizona. You will manage small to medium CapEx and OpEx projects, overseeing feasibility through construction while controlling scope, cost, schedule, safety, and quality.

Strong cross-functional coordination with internal teams and contractors is required. You will develop charters, AFEs, work scopes, and safety plans; monitor spending and progress; and provide timely project reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• Preferred: PMP Certification, Engineer in Training, PE License.
• 3 years with BS in Engineering; 5 years in Planning/Construction/PM roles.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify Capstone Copper values and ensure MSHA safety compliance.
• Develop project charters, AFEs, scopes of work, forecasts, and safety plans.
• Coordinate with third-party providers for engineering solutions from feasibility to detailed design.
• Conduct bid walks, evaluate bids, and recommend bid awards.
• Provide project management for capital projects, tracking cost, schedule, and scope.
• Oversee engineering and construction activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support budgeting, cost-control, and document control across projects.
