Agility Robotics is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning with senior management. This hybrid role focuses on building long-term plans, annual budgets, and quarterly projections while aligning with department goals and company strategy.

You will partner with People Ops and Accounting to ensure data accuracy, internal controls, and robust financial reporting. The role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management with 5+ years of analysis experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with executive presentations.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets expertise.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex financial data.
• Proven leadership, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets with department leaders and provide training as needed.
• Create reporting on assumptions, financial statements, and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly variances and advise operational changes.
• Lead headcount modeling and cash forecasting.
• Lead quarterly re-forecasts and analyze variances.
• Support Digital Finance transformation and ad hoc analyses.
