Upgrade, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to join our FP&A team.

This position reports to the Head of FP&A and is based in our San Francisco office in a hybrid capacity (on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays). You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning; develop P&L, balance sheet and cash flow models; deliver variance analyses and actionable insights to senior management; partner with department heads across Marketing, Operations, G&A, Product &

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar designation preferred.
• 5+ years in FP&A in fintech/financial services preferred.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow models.
• Provide variance commentary and insights to management.
• Partner with department heads (Marketing, Operations, G&A, Product & Engineering).
• Prepare and present financial reports for senior management.
