Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a capable Business Analyst for the Americas Sales team in Milpitas. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, guiding decisions at the executive level. You will own dashboards for weekly performance, QBR storytelling, and ad-hoc analyses across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels.

You will partner with Sr. Director of Sales and cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, and operations to drive growth and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, or strategy roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL; hands-on with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience building sales reports and KPI dashboards.
• Strong communication and ability to translate data into a clear story.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sell-in/sell-out data across channels to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports for leadership using BI tools.
• Apply AI/automation to accelerate analysis and surface insights at scale.
• Support quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, and cross-functional forecasting.
• Present findings clearly to sales leaders and stakeholders across the org.
