Job summary

Blackhawk Network is seeking a dynamic Financial Reporting Manager to join the Corporate FP&A and Finance Systems teams. You will lead timely GAAP financial reporting, analyze cash flows, and support external and internal stakeholders with accurate financial statements.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in financial planning/analysis or reporting, strong Oracle/Hyperion/SAP experience, advanced Excel skills, and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset to drive efficiency and accuracy across the

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
12+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, or general accounting.
Strong hands-on experience with Hyperion and SAP.
Advanced proficiency in Oracle and MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic planning and decisions.
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to analyze performance and project future results.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and communicate insights to management.
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Support annual budgeting/forecasting with variance analysis and tracking.
