Blackhawk Network is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to join our hybrid team, based in Coppell, TX or Pleasanton, CA. This role supports Corporate FP&A and Finance Systems, focusing on timely financial reporting, cash flows, and statements.

The ideal candidate has deep GAAP knowledge, hands-on Hyperion and SAP experience, and a collaborative mindset to drive planning, forecasting, and performance analysis in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 12+ years in financial planning, analysis, or accounting.
• Strong Hyperion and SAP experience required.
• Advanced Oracle and MS Excel skills; familiarity with NetSuite and Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project results.
• Partner with leaders to prepare reports and insights for management.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting and variance analysis; track performance vs targets.
• Leverage Oracle and Hyperion to manage reporting and planning data.
• Provide cross‑functional guidance to improve efficiency and profitability.
