Job summary

Concrete Strategies is seeking a Finance Manager to serve as the primary FP&A leader, owning planning, forecasting, and reporting across regions. You will translate operational performance into actionable financial intelligence and ensure leaders have timely information.

The role reports to the VP of Finance and Cost Management and manages Financial Analysts, driving accuracy and cadence of all forecasting and corporate reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 7-10+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience; construction or project-based industry preferred.
• Procore, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, JD Edwards (or other ERP systems) experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot/data models) skills.
• Ability to mentor Financial Analysts and lead the FP&A function.

Responsibilities

• Own the Area, Regional, and Department FP&A function including budgeting, rolling forecasts, sales projections, overhead planning, and variance analysis.
• Serve as FP&A SME; standardize reporting cadences and analytical standards across regions/units.
• Lead and develop Financial Analysts; provide direction and accountability for deliverables.
• Improve financial reporting frameworks and analytical tools in partnership with VP of Finance.
• Ensure FP&A outputs are accurate, timely, and presented for executive decision‑making.
• Engage profit center leaders to collect inputs, validate assumptions, and reflect current operations in forecasts.
• Consolidate financial information across regions and overhead accounts into a cohesive company view.
