R.H. White Construction & Service Solutions seeks a Finance Manager to lead our FP&A function.

You will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management and key stakeholders, shaping forecasting, budgeting, and long-range plans. In this leadership role, you’ll drive financial modeling, analytics, and performance reporting, partnering with operations to enable growth and acquisitions while preserving confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
• Over 5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience; with over 2 years of direct leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise with creating and articulating financial modeling/analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Confidence in quickly getting up to speed with COINS and other business platforms.
• Affinity for data and the important role its application plays in financial health, acquisitions, and overall company success.
• Strong fluency with Office 365 software applications with proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Professional, flexible, able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills.
