Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years accounting experience with financial planning and analysis.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Franchise accounting experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and report on financial metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and business analytics.
• Review and analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and operating results to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Review month-end financial results and partner with the Controller to ensure timely completion of the close process.
• Analyze reconstruction P&L and project profitability for MMO's to support management decisions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial reporting and management analytics for growth across franchises.
• Assist Controller in budgeting, job costing standards, profitability trends, and financial review procedures.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, lenders, and other third parties as needed.
• Provide clear and actionable financial reporting and insights to ownership and leadership.
