Job summary

Servpro Team Zubricki - Evergreen Park/South Chicago is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will develop analytics, dashboards, and KPI reporting to drive profitability across Reconstruction and related franchises.

The role partners with executive leadership, operations, project managers, and accounting to provide actionable financial insights, manage risk, and ensure accurate close processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years accounting experience, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and business analytics.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Franchise accounting experience (preferred).
• Project accounting experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, financial modeling, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience in a dynamic environment (preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software and reporting tools (e.g. IES, QuickBooks Online, Sage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for explaining financial results to non-accounting leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Analyze reconstruction/project accounting profitability, job costing, and variances.
• Provide clear insights to ownership and leadership to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, reconstruction leadership, and project managers.
