Job summary

Overjet, a San Mateo-based leader in dental AI, seeks a senior FP&A professional to lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will partner with GTM, Sales, and Finance to drive revenue visibility and strategic guidance. This role features board-facing reporting and a critical role in the annual operating budget process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of FP&A, investment banking, or PE/VC experience.
• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment with ARR metrics.
• Familiarity with variable commission plans and sales concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to build and influence relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across GTM, Operations, and G&A.
• Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the ARR model and revenue forecasting process, partnering with GTM leadership.
• Lead the EOY GTM budget process with Sales, CS, and Finance.
• Manage department-level operating expenses with business owners.
• Own the monthly commission calculation process with Sales and People Ops.
• Drive monthly/ quarterly business reviews for senior leadership and board audiences.
• Prepare investor data requests and board materials.
