Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA a plus.
• 6+ years of previous FP&A or directly relevant experience.
• Strong analysis and financial reporting skills required.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience; ERP exposure (NetSuite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support operational needs and strategic planning.
• Prepare monthly reporting to management of the company’s financial performance.
• Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting process and forecasting updates.
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Provide variance analyses and KPI reporting to drive actionable insights.
