Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy seeks a Director of Finance to lead the FP&A team, deliver key insights, and translate results into actionable projections. This role collaborates with the VP of Finance and senior management to drive profitability and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Analytics or BI with FP&A experience.
• Experience with large data sets and driving insights.
• Healthcare/pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports for executives and board.
• Collaborate with partners to provide financial insights and analytics.
• Plan, forecast, and manage OpEx and headcount expenses.
• Manage working capital and its impact on A/R, A/P, and Inventory.
• Identify improvements to processes, reporting, and analytical tools.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and communicate takeaways.
