Job summary

Onco360, part of the Specialty Pharmacy Division of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Director of Finance in Pittsburgh. The role leads the FP&A team, delivering key insights into business results and translating them into near-term and long-term projections.

You will partner with the VP of Finance and cross-functional leaders to optimize profitability and capital allocation. This leadership position requires strategic thinking, strong Excel/data analytics, and healthcare industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including month-end close, forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports for executives and board reviews.
• Collaborate with partners to provide financial insights and analytics support.
• Plan and manage OpEx and headcount expenses; assist prioritization decisions.
• Manage working capital and impacts on AR/AP/Inventory.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities.
