Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking a Director of Finance to join the growing team. A remote role is available. The company serves community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers, with a mission to better the lives of those battling cancer.

Starting salary of $130k and up based on experience. Benefits include 401k with match, PTO and holidays, tuition reimbursement, and company-paid life and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Analytics or similar role with FP&A exposure
• Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large datasets

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports for executive leadership and board
• Collaborate with partners to provide financial insights and analytics
• Forecast OpEx and headcount and manage working capital impacts
• Partner cross-functionally to manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities and analytical tools
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and communicate takeaways to leadership
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and professional standards
