Upbound Group, Inc. is looking for a Director of FP&A focused on Digital Technology and Growth in Plano, TX.

You will own financial governance for technology and growth initiatives, partner with engineering, data, and marketing, and drive disciplined budgeting and forecasting across two organizations. You will lead a team, partner with IT and Growth leaders to translate contracts, campaigns, and consumption into reliable budgets and forecasts, and deliver executive-level dashboards and insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of capital and expense management and financial governance.
• Experience evaluating ROI, payback, and unit economics for technology investments and/or marketing.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with non-financial teams to drive forecasting and cost governance.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own annual planning, budgeting, and expense framework for all Digital Technology and Growth (DT/CGO).
• Lead standardized monthly forecasting and reporting cadence with TBM cost-to-serve analyses.
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting to align spend with budgets and capitalization.
• Model ROI, payback, and unit economics for tech investments and marketing.
• Deliver portfolio reporting dashboards and executive-level performance metrics.
