Job summary

AGCO is seeking a Director of Financial, Planning and Analysis for the PTx Trimble joint venture. You will lead the FP&A team, develop complex financial models, and translate data into actionable insights to inform company-wide decisions.

The role reports to senior finance leadership and collaborates with multiple VPs across functions. The position requires 5–7 years in FP&A or related roles, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of FP&A or related experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge including subscription services, professional services, hardware and software.
• Proven business modeling and forecasting skills for project-based revenues and recurring subscriptions.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and experience with Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to FP&A team and build a high-performing group.
• Partner with division leaders to drive business decisions and budgeting processes.
• Develop complex financial models and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Lead long-range, annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
