Plaid is hiring for an FP&A professional to join our Corporate Finance team in San Francisco. You will support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate numbers into actionable insights.

You are expected to act with an owner mindset, ensure accuracy, and contribute to process improvements with a growing emphasis on AI and FP&A tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in Corporate Finance or a broader FP&A role.
• An “act like an owner” mindset: take initiative, follow through, and seek guidance when needed.
• Solid foundation in core FP&A activities, including month-end close, reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building or maintaining financial models.
• Clear communication and collaboration with business partners.
