Checkr, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Analyst – Corporate to join the FP&S team in a highly visible role. You will drive financial decision-making, support total company planning, optimize capital, and build scalable forecasting processes with executive partners.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, structured problem solving, and clear communication to leadership, with collaboration across Finance, IT, and Corporate Development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in finance (FP&A, strategic finance, IB, or consulting).
• Experience building 3-statement financial models.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning or Oracle.
• Ability to transform data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reporting and analyses for management and the board of directors.
• Improve, automate, and scale forecasting and reporting tools.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, Corporate Development, and HR.
• Integrate AI into financial processes to improve insights.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and strategic materials for leadership.
• Support M&A analysis with financial modeling and due diligence.
• Own balance sheet and cash flow forecasting; optimize working capital.
• Lead budget, quarterly planning, and long-range planning processes.
