Job summary

Artsy in New York seeks a Finance Manager, FP&A & Corporate Development to lead annual budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting. You’ll partner with sales and other stakeholders and support M&A activity, investor reporting, and capital raises.

You’ll build financial models, perform variance analysis, and develop operational metrics to inform strategic decisions. This role offers a global hybrid work environment with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant FP&A, investment banking or consulting experience (corporate development a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or finance or equivalent qualification.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and reporting based on sales insights and operational metrics.
• Support M&A activity, capital raises and investor reporting.
• Be the main business partner for the sales organization to drive objectives.
• Input and analyze financial data and build decision-support models.
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports and tools to streamline FP&A.
• Assist FP&A and the business with ongoing financial guidance.
