Job summary

Aprio seeks a Manager for Finance Advisory within its Technology CAAS practice, delivering strategic FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow models, and KPI dashboards for growth-stage clients. You’ll partner with US client leads on advisory engagements, own model builds, and produce client-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5-7+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A or CFO advisory preferred.
• Experience with technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or startups is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling & FP&A: builds budgets, forecasts, 13-week cash flow models, scenario analyses, and KPI dashboards.
• Board-Ready Reporting: translates financial results into clear narratives for founders, leadership, and boards.
• CFO Advisory Support: partners with US client leads on advisory engagements, owning analyst-level builds and client-facing outputs.
• Project Execution: supports complex client projects including cash-to-accrual conversions and GAAP clean-up.
• Capacity as a Builder: creates reusable templates, models, SOPs, and dashboards for broader use across Technology CAAS.
• Process & Delivery Innovation: develops workflows and AI-enabled delivery methods for efficiency and quality.
