Job summary

Capital One Auto is seeking a Senior Associate in Financial Planning & Analysis to forecast, report, and model financial performance for our Navigator Platform. You will partner with business teams to influence strategy and drive results.

This role emphasizes analytical problem solving, strong communication to senior audiences, and ownership of budgeting and forecasting for defined areas. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years FP&A experience are required, with a Plano, TX base and incentive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of budgeting and forecasting for areas of responsibility.
• Deliver accurate and meaningful financial management analyses to enable partners to achieve objectives.
• Provide transparency on costs and drivers, and communicate risks and opportunities to budget targets.
• Address and deliver on ad-hoc requests and special projects.
• Independently manage and prioritize workload.
• Demonstrate a passion to learn and continuously develop FP&A skills.
